Working for Kadima means being committed to help our clients improve the quality of their lives. With a staff of over 90 dedicated individuals Kadima strives to provide adults and children, 8 – 18 years, with psychiatric disabilities an opportunity to experience life to its fullest.
We employ individuals at a variety of levels of and experience. We have staff who work in our group homes, case coordinators who work with clients in the community, master’s level therapists who work with clients individually and in groups, as well as, a number of clerical/business positions. Full-time employees are entitled to a number of benefits, e.g., a subsidy for health insurance, free dental insurance, and a generous package of sick, personal, and vacation days.
